Guide To Teas
Number of guests approximately 26 (22 players 2 umpires and 2 scorers)

Arrive at the ground by 3.30pm
Check the urn has been filled and switched on
Menu
- Sandwiches - 4 loaves medium sliced bread (maybe one brown but experience shows that the brown sandwiches are last to go?)
- Fillings Cheese, (with onion or pickle or cucumber)
- Egg, (Sainsburys do a very convenient ready made sandwich filler)
- Meat (ham)
- Fish (tuna or salmon)
- Small tomatoes in a dish
- Crisps One 6 pack (in the multibags)
- Sausage Rolls 10 large cut into small pieces
- Cakes/Biscuits/Fruit: Various but about 60 slices total (two pieces per person) to include cake(s) and chocolate biscuits like kitkats, penguins, mini rolls.
- A few apples and bananas give a good variety
- Drinks Tea bags and sugar are provided centrally and kept in the cupboard
- You will need to bring 3pints of milk
- Squash is also provided centrally and also kept in the bar
At the start of the last over make the tea (about 8 bags per pot) and remove the covers
from the platters
There is washing up liquid but you need to take tea towels
Make sure you are paid straight after tea by the BUCC captain for both teams

- Pink Salmon/Tuna 1 tin
- Eggs 12 or ready made
- Ham 20 slices
- Cheese 400 grams
- Butter 1 kilo
- Sausage Rolls 10 large
- Mayonnaise
- Onions or pickle for cheese sandwiches
- Tomatoes small
- Cucumber for sandwiches 1
- Bananas 7 or 8
- Apples 7 or 8
- A selection of the following to total 60 pieces of confectionery
- Doughnuts, Penguins, Cakes
- Fancies, Jam tarts etc 60
- Milk 3 pints
