Our Club
Welcome to Blewbury & Upton Cricket Club. We are a friendly cricket club that plays cricket Sundays and mid-week fixtures against local sides in the Oxfordshire and Berkshire area, as well as touring teams. We also run a Junior's cricket club that fields several teams at U11, U13 and U15 level. We play very much in the spirit of a Sunday friendly team and try to enjoy the game on and off the pitch. Since we established (a long time ago!) we have had success in the local village cup, a degree of success in the National Village Cup (national record for winning margin!) and also on tours. Our club membership contains a real mixture of ages (between 10yrs old to OAPs!) and abilities that complement each other both on and off the pitch and we are always looking for new members to play on Sundays and/or midweek.
Our Sunday and midweek team plays every week through out the main months of summer. The midweek teams usually plays twice a week, with games on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. The games usually being at 6:00pm and are in a 20/20 format. Our Sunday matches are normally at 2:30pm (please see the Fixtures for exact times).
We try to run a net session every Friday evening at 6.30pm at the ground. For more information please contact us.
